The location of this hotel is great. It was located right on the beach, which was fantastic! the staff were really friendly and welcoming too, which made our Christmas stay quite pleasant. the food was good and the portions were quite generous, which was a relief, given that it was an all-inclusive hotel.
This hotel needs some serious renovations. the rooms were not up to par, with stained towels and an air-conditioning system that left a lot to be desired.

We had a great stay at this clean, friendly and well located hotel. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The buffet food was varied and of a good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. All in all this was a bargain break hotel - great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
All was great at this hotel. No problems. Great value for money.

The best of the hotel is the view, the bathroom are small. The food is great as well as the Air conditioner. The service is good.
Inside the Lobby of the hotel, there is shop that sells a holiday system "tiempo compartido" which is literally very expensive, and the activities hired in the hotel are expensive compared to the ones offered outside.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location by the sea was absolutely stunning and provided breathtaking views from our room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi available for guests to enjoy. The restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and unwind. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to easily stay connected. we highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The cooked food was not very good and low quality. Heartburns after every meal. The hotel is very far from everything: 19.5 km from the city and 10 km from the active part of Zona Hotelera.

The ocean view from our room was stunning, and the white sand beach was just steps away. The pool area was also great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
The room and bedding could use some updating, as they felt a bit stale and dusty. The cleanliness could have been improved as well, with towels that seemed old and washed out.

Apart from that the hotel is rather old, needs refubrishing and is located far from hotel zone center, the most annoying was that the security never let to bring any guest in the room. Even daytime! That is rediculous! Never back.

The sea in front of the hotel and some of the staff who were nice and polite people. Also the price was good for what they promised which finally they didn't provide.
Actually many things. When I arrived at the reception they couldn't find my reservation although it was made 24 hours in advance.I politely asked them to print out the confirmation I had received but they refused to do so! Wi-Fi was not available and so was the fitness center. Furthermore although I have booked a triple room with three beds as shown on your website, I only got a double room with two beds, which they called king size beds when in fact I would't classify them not even as double beds. The room was small for three people.

The location by the sea was absolutely stunning. We had a breathtaking view from our room and enjoyed relaxing walks along the beach. the staff were friendly and kind, making our stay more enjoyable. the all-inclusive arrangement provided great value for money with varied and good food options.
The communication and connectivity aspects of the hotel were quite disappointing. Internet connection was unreliable and expensive, and making phone calls from the room proved to be a challenge.

Nice beach and the views from the rooms are lovely.
The hotel itself is very old and ran down. It didn't look nice, didn't feel cosy and facilities were limited. The beach was nice but the hotel had a big concrete wall separating it from the beach which didn't look nice.

The price was very good.
The food was Okay but I think it can be improved. More fish and more sea food would be nice. And for sure, more local cuisine and less "international" stuff would give a plus to the place.

Fact it was all inclusive and reasonable price on the beach. Room was spacious and bathroom was stone tile.
Hallway was old and scary. Some colom were painted weired green and brown. Dented trush can. My room's door was bare wood and my room # was piece of copied paper sticked on the wall with tape which fell off from wall when it's windy.....
